Terms

By giving us your email, you're saying "okay, hold a spot for me when Paya opens." These terms cover what that means.

What this is

The Paya waitlist is a way to register interest in our upcoming product. Joining the waitlist:

Communication

By joining, you agree we can email you. We'll keep that to:

You can unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing also removes you from the waitlist.

Referrals

If you share Paya and a friend joins through your link, you'll move up the line. Specifically:

Referrals are not paid, do not generate financial benefit, and do not create a contract. Self-referrals (using a fake account to refer yourself) and bot referrals will be removed and may result in your spot being revoked.

Intellectual property

Everything on paya.money — the design, the writing, the brand, the illustrations — belongs to Paya. Company logos shown in the "Built by people from" section belong to their respective owners and appear to indicate professional backgrounds of our team.

Limits

The Paya waitlist is provided "as is" during this pre-launch period. We're not liable for losses from the site being unavailable, an email failing to deliver, or third-party services going down. When Paya launches as a product, separate customer terms will apply and be presented to you to accept then.

Changes

We may update these terms before launch. If we change anything material, we'll email the waitlist before the change takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
