We're Paya — a chat-native money protocol in development. This page explains what we do with the email you share when you join the waitlist.

What we collect

When you submit your email on paya.money, we store:

That's it. We don't track your IP for marketing, set login cookies, or fingerprint your device. We don't ask for your name, location, payment information, or anything else at this stage.

What we do with it

Where it lives

Your email is stored in our Supabase database, held under our control. Confirmation and update emails are delivered through Resend, which retains delivery logs for 30 days for deliverability monitoring.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to see anonymous visitor counts. Plausible doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across sites, and doesn't collect personal data.

Who we share it with

No one. We don't sell, rent, license, or share your email with third parties. We don't use it for advertising, ad networks, or training AI models. The only services that touch your data are the ones above (Supabase, Resend, Plausible) and only to the extent needed to run the waitlist.

Your rights

Whether you're in the EU, UK, California, or anywhere else, you can:

Email privacy@paya.money and we'll handle it.

Cookies

We don't set tracking cookies. If we ever do, we'll add a banner and update this page first.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. For material changes, we'll email everyone on the waitlist before they take effect.
